Handling Time

Please allow 3-4 days handling time before shipment. Shipping is estimated AFTER the handling time. 

Delivery Policy

Delivery is 2-7 business days from completed order. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost. This applies only after handling time has passed. 

Shipment Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Shipping is non-refundable on all orders
  • Oversized shipments will have an additional charge; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We do not ship Freight items, such as Engines, Transmissions, Sub-Frames, Glass or Collision parts. 
  • Glass and Collision parts are local pick-up only. Engines, Transmissions and Sub-Frames are IN STORE order only we do not offer local pickup on these items. 
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico. For Puerto Rico orders please visit our eBay store. 
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. If one cannot be found we will contact your prior to canceling your order. 
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • We reserve the right to combine all eligible orders regardless of shipping paid per individual order. 


Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Tax Policy

All Connecticut residents, 6.35% will be added to your order for state tax.
