Return Policy

  • Email us to arrange for any returns at . And please follow all return instructions listed below. Once you have sent an email so we are aware of your return please follow the steps below to ensure you are eligible for return and are able to receive the proper refund amount. We do not provide return labels for any orders. 
  • A copy of the invoice MUST be included in the return in order to process any returns.
  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable on all orders.
  • Parts must be resealed and in the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the part being returned to you.
  • OEM part labels MUST be intact or item will be returned to you. 
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • We cannot take back painted parts. 
  • Electrical parts are NOT returnable under any circumstance.
  • Seat Belts are NOT returnable under any circumstance. 
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request must be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns are NOT ACCEPTED after 60 days under any circumstance. 
  • Parts ordered for the purpose of modifying your vehicle may be non-returnable. Please contact us to see if your order is returnable if there are any issues. 




Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.

Restocking Fee

A 15% return fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error. Refunds for returns or cores will be process and credited within 48 to 72 hours after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies. All cores must be returned in their original packaging from the manufacturer. Please be aware that the bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. 

Warranty Policy

Warranty is subject to the policies set by the manufacturer. Please inquire about warranty prior to purchase. If a part is found to be defective, we MUST be notified within 15 days of receipt for all questions on the part warranty.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations.
  • Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap), stones, salt road hazards, hail, wind storm, lightning, floods and other natural disaster.
  • Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
  • Replacement parts or accessories installed on any Vehicle registered or normally operated outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa.
  • Replacement parts, or accessories installed on a Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, or on which the actual mileage cannot be readily determined.
  • Replacement parts or accessories used in applications for which they are not designed.
  • Replacement parts or accessories installed improperly by dealers, Importer/Distributor other than the manufacturer.
  • Any replacement part or accessory without proof of purchase or replacement date.
  • Non-Manufacturer replacement parts or accessories which Dealers may sell or install on your Vehicle.
  • If the vehicle has been classified a total loss and/or sold for salvage purposes or branded for any other reasons.
  • Removal of the vehicle from the warranty covered market for which it was produced.
